Heaton Park Tramway operates in Heaton Park in Manchester. It is run by the Manchester Transport Museum Society. We currently have an operating fleet of 4 electric trams and one horse tram. The trams run on a stretch of track dating back to the original Manchester Tramway which used to operate into the park. Since opening in 1980, we have extended the line three times and now run as far as the boating lake. We operate on weekends throughout the year. Come and pay us a visit.
